Licensed Individuals:
S&T Assessment and Counseling Service is interested in contracting with individuals licensed in the State of Georgia to provide services primarily to youths. We are a state wide provider of Medicaid services and often have cases requiring assessments by a licensed individual in your counties.
If you are interested, please contact Susan Rooks in order to submit a criminal background check. This will begin the process.
After receiving the background check back cleared we can then provide you with more information and also request all other needed information to complete your contractor packet.
